Swarm R&D: The AI Architecture Mapping Autoimmune Pathways
Before physical hardware or biological interventions can be designed to cure Ankylosing Spondylitis, we must possess a flawless map of the cascading inflammatory pathways that drive the disease. Human-speed research cannot accomplish this.
Phase 1 of 33med is the deployment of an AI-native biomedical research platform. By using advanced LLMs, vector databases, and modular code-generation workflows, we are building autonomous swarms of AI agents capable of operating best-in-class open-source bioinformatics and genomic software.
This multi-agent AI architecture consists of highly specialized sub-agents:
- Data Ingestion Agents: Continuously scraping, indexing, and analyzing PubMed literature and clinical trial databases.
- Bioinformatics Operators: Interfacing directly via CLI and API with powerful Open Source Software (OSS) tools like
AlphaFoldandGROMACS. - Synthesis Agents: Mapping the multi-pathway nature of autoimmune inflammation to actively identify targets for halting bone fusion.
Using a proprietary, zero-knowledge data ingestion pipeline, our AI swarm is being designed to interface with clinical datasets while remaining absolutely compliant with strict data privacy protocols.
This SaaS platform is the financial and intellectual engine that will fund our transition into deep-tech precision surgical robotics.
